DMCA Notice Procedure

PH Sports Live respects intellectual property rights. We do not host video content — we link to publicly available streams operated by third parties — but if you believe one of those links points to material that infringes your copyright, you can submit a DMCA notice and we will action it within 48 hours.

What to include in your notice

To be actionable, your notice must contain all of the following:

  • A clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The exact URL(s) of the page(s) on PH Sports Live that contain the infringing material
  • Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Where to send your notice

Email: [email protected]

Subject line should start with "DMCA Notice" followed by the team / event name (e.g. "DMCA Notice — Lakers vs Warriors").

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.
  2. We verify the claim — incomplete notices are returned with a request for the missing details.
  3. Within 48 hours of verification, we remove the linked stream from the affected page(s).
  4. We notify the team / event organiser of the takedown when contact information is available.

Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email with subject "DMCA Counter-Notice". The same identification, contact, and good-faith requirements apply.

Repeat infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating links to any third-party source that is the subject of repeated, verified DMCA notices.

Misuse

Submitting a knowingly false DMCA notice is a federal offence in the United States and an actionable misrepresentation in many other jurisdictions. Please be sure of your claim before filing.
