What to include in your notice

To be actionable, your notice must contain all of the following:

A clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
The exact URL(s) of the page(s) on PH Sports Live that contain the infringing material
Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf

What happens next

We acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.
We verify the claim — incomplete notices are returned with a request for the missing details.
Within 48 hours of verification, we remove the linked stream from the affected page(s).
We notify the team / event organiser of the takedown when contact information is available.

Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email with subject "DMCA Counter-Notice". The same identification, contact, and good-faith requirements apply.

Repeat infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating links to any third-party source that is the subject of repeated, verified DMCA notices.
